Online Training Program for Callcenter or BPO

GETS is an online training program designed to improve communication skills and English proficiency. It’s flagship product is Teletalk. It is intended to help the call center “near hires” to polish their command of the English language. Our mission is to provide affordable but high quality training program on Basic English and Communication Skills to meet the growing demand of the BPO industry in the Philippines. Our other mission is to convert “near hires” to “employed”.

Global Training System or GETS is a product of Bridgecomm Inc. GETS is composed of individuals from different fields of expertise who joined together for a common vision. The vision is to create a better future for our kababayans by creating and offering affordable elearning programs that will help in uplifting the lives of every Filipino.

MISSION
Our mission is to provide affordable but high quality training program on Basic English and Communication Skills to meet the growing demand of the BPO industry in the Philippines.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) involves the contracting of operations, services or specific functions of your organization to a third party provider. BPO is one of the growing industries in the world and Philippines is now one of the leading provider of BPO services.
BPO industry in the Philippines experienced significant growth since 2006 that was brought about by the demands for offshore call center. Call center industry in the Philippines began as provider of email response to managing administrative and customer relations service. These services range from travel, technical support, education, medical, and financial services support.
Call center industry currently holds 80% of the outsourcing industry in the country. The Philippines is considered as a prime location for call center because of its low-cost operational and labor. Another attributing factor is the high command or fluency of its people in speaking this language and not to mention the highly almost flawless American accent. But with all this advantages, the Philippines still experience a 15% hiring rate. This means that only 15 out of 100 applicants in the call center are accepted or hired for the job.
That is why we’re here.. We are here to help the other 85% of this demographic. We offer high quality Basic English and Communication skills to prepare individuals for a career in the call center or BPO industry.
VISION
As an end result of the above, our vision is to build:
A database of trained individuals in basic English and Communication Skills and connect them with companies from different industries that are in need of skilled and fluent professionals.
