Dear Jobseeker,

Good day to all. Thanks for visiting my blog. I have put my latest know-how on how to get a job. It's not a guarantee to quickly get you a job. I hope with your determination and qualification you can got a suitable job.
I hope you prepared your resume or biodata in a formal way.
I been bother by many jobseeker taking picture from celphone and post as primary picture in the resume or biodata. They use this in sending the email resume or biodata application.
Pls. invest in a good photo and formal dress, if you want to have a job.
Never wear T-shirt or party dress or house dress in taking photo or actual apply or interview.
First impression is judgemental. Be aware of this simple tips.
I believe lots of Filipinos is more than qualify for the job offer. But the wrong way or unknown way to do it is the problem.
Hope my personal experience in HRD work will greatly help.
Some human resource department staff never bother to read your resume or biodata.
If your picture is taken from celphone. (Direct to trash as they do it).
I have compile some job vacancy lead or guide or link for you easy use.
I been saddened by many people in our country that is jobless.
Hope with my simple knowledge will greatly help many jobseeker.
Remember:
When applying for a job, never apply for any job with processing fee or membership fee, invest something or buy something or the seek payment or money from you. This is a scam, beware and report to the police or nbi. Job vacancy is giving jobseeker a job, salary or wage. Your not suppose to pay or give money to the agency or company. (If your applying for local job in the Philippines)
If your looking for job abroad, this mostly require placement fee. Check first with POEA for the legitimate J.O. or Job Order and recruitment agency. Beware of illegal recruiter. Report immediately with police or nbi. Never deal with fixer in you job application in any recruitment agency or company. You end up losing your money.

For ladies: when applying job or interview, tell your family, relative or friend the company name, complete address and contact number. For security purpose. In case, untoward incident happen. Most HRD staff do not want chaperon or kasama in applying. This make the place or office crowded. If you want safety, let you chaperon or kasama wait for you in a nearby place.
Happy job hunting to all.

Direct hiring Tips!! ( Just a tips from OFW)

Magtry kayo dahil marami ang open lalo na as an au pair,IT Specialist, white collar jobs.
agency fee or ano pang miscellaneous.Tyaga lang and of course pray for it.

Fake job offer
A new scam targets people who have posted their resumes on job sites. The scammer sends a letter with a falsified company logo. The job offer usually indicates exceptional salary and benefits and requests that the victim needs a "work permit" for working in the country and includes the address of a (fake) "government official" to contact. The fake "government official" then proceeds to fleece the victim by extracting fees from the unsuspecting user for the work permit and other fees. A variant of the job scam recruits freelancers seeking legitimate gigs (such as in editing or translation), then offers "pre-payment" for their work.

Does somebody want to transfer millions of dollars into your account?
Does someone want you pay you to cash cheques and send them the money?
Met a new friend/penpal on a friendship/dating site who's asking you for money?
Has a dying person contacted you wanting your help to give his money to charity?
Have you sold an item and are asked to accept a payment larger than the item amount?
IT'S A SCAM!
Don't fall for common scams like this - fight them!
